Help with the account, the subscription and charges from Psiquepol + AI.
Contact
Write to contact@psiquepol.ai from the email address of the account. For a question about a charge, include its date and amount, or the receipt number.
Plan and billing
With the account signed in, everything is in Settings:
- Change my plan: change the level, add or remove modules and add users. Each change shows its cost before it is confirmed; a lower plan takes effect at the end of the paid period.
- Manage subscription (card, invoices, cancellation): update the card, download invoices or cancel. After a cancellation, access stays active until the end of the paid period.
Who charges
Psiquepol + AI is operated by Psiquepol LLC (Texas, United States), which makes every charge through Stripe, including those billed in Mexico (in Mexican pesos).
