1. Nature of the Service

Psiquepol + AI is a business-to-business analytical tool for public affairs and corporate affairs professionals. It provides analysis of publicly available information about public figures and institutions. It is not a consumer service and is not intended for use against private individuals.

2. Acceptable Use & Prohibited Uses

You agree NOT to use the platform to:

• Influence voters or electoral outcomes. The platform may not be used to target, microsegment, or attempt to influence the voting behaviour of individuals or to influence the outcome of any election or referendum.
• Make automated decisions affecting individuals' rights. You may not use platform outputs as the sole basis for automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects on individuals (employment, credit, access to services, law enforcement).
• Engage in discriminatory profiling. You may not use the platform to profile individuals on the basis of special-category data (racial or ethnic origin, privately-held political opinions, religious beliefs, health, sexual orientation) or to enable discrimination.
• Combine with sensitive data. You may not combine platform data with special-category personal data to infer protected characteristics.
• Surveil private individuals. The platform models persons by their public function or representative role only. You may not use it to surveil, harass, or build profiles of private citizens.
• Re-identify or scrape. You may not scrape, bulk-export, or attempt to re-identify data beyond your licensed use. Licensed use covers access by the plan's users and citing findings, with their official source and credit to Psiquepol + AI, in one's own communications, including those of a chamber or association to its members. Forwarding full exports or giving third parties access requires a separately quoted distribution license.

3. AI-Generated Analysis & the EU AI Act

Platform insights are generated with the assistance of artificial intelligence and are provided for professional analysis only. They do not constitute legal, financial, or political advice. Outputs are identifiable as AI-assisted, and human oversight is available via the Curated plan. Consistent with the EU AI Act, the platform is an analytical tool of limited risk and is not intended to influence elections, referendums, or voting behaviour; the prohibited uses in Section 2 are binding on all users.

4. Data Sources & Provenance

Platform data derives from official and publicly available sources (official gazettes, government registries, parliamentary records, open-license encyclopedic sources). Each factual claim carries source provenance.

5. International Data Processing

Processing may involve sub-processors located outside your jurisdiction (including the United States), under appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses. EU-only deployment is available by configuration. See our Privacy Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

All content and materials available on Psiquepol + AI are protected by intellectual property rights.

7. 72-Hour Guarantee and One-Time Services

7.1 Activation in a subscription. The following are activated within 72 hours of payment confirmation, weekends and public holidays included, when the pricing page marks them “Activated in 72 hours or refunded”: (a) the coverage and monitoring of a country that does not yet have them active; (b) the curation of the “Expert Monitoring” level in a country where it is not yet active, that is, the artificial-intelligence judge calibrated for that country and an assigned consultant from the team who oversees the results; (c) the “Sector and monitoring” level of a sector, in a country or in each country of a regional or global package, where that monitoring is not yet active. A country or sector that cannot be activated within that time, for a technical, legal or sanctions reason, does not carry the guarantee, and the pricing page says so.

7.2 One-time services. An additional language for a country (paid lens, per country and language pair), a deeper sector and the package of a sector for a country where it does not yet exist are paid in advance as a one-time payment per request (the amount in force is the one shown on the payment page) and are delivered within 72 hours of payment confirmation. Once a sector package is delivered, its continued use is charged with the monthly subscription of the country’s market level shown on the pricing page. An additional language for a country also carries a monthly fee per country and language pair, which keeps new content translated for as long as the subscription lasts (the amount in force is the one shown on the payment page).

7.3 Delivery and refund. Delivery or activation means the content is available on the platform and the buyer has been notified by email. If delivery or activation does not occur within that time, the full amount of the service purchased or, for an activation, the first paid period of the level or country is refunded to the original payment method, with no request needed. For a regional or global sector package, at 72 hours the proportional share of each country that is not active is refunded, calculated with the price of the “Sector and monitoring” level of each country in the package; the active countries count as delivered. If any of those countries is still not active 96 hours after payment confirmation, the rest of the package’s first paid period is refunded, minus what was already refunded; if it becomes active before then, it is delivered and the proportional refund is kept. The scope is the one described at purchase; a different scope is quoted separately.

8. Limitation of Liability

Psiquepol + AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
