From the mobile app

1. Open the Psiquepol + AI app with the account to delete.
2. Go to the Settings tab.
3. In the Account section, tap “Delete account”.
4. Tap “Continue” and then “Delete account” to confirm.

The session closes and the app returns to the welcome screen. The shared demo account has no deletion option, because it is not a personal account.

From the web

1. Sign in at psiquepol.ai with the account to delete.
2. Open Settings, section “Account and subscription”.
3. Choose “Delete account” and confirm by typing the word the window asks for.

By email

Write to contact@psiquepol.ai from the email address of the account, with the subject “Delete account”. The request is handled on that same account.

What is deleted

• The sign-in identity of the account.
• The profile, its access permissions, preferences and notifications.
• The notification tokens of the devices where the app was used.
• AI Chat conversations and memory, saved searches and alerts.
• Any active subscription is canceled at the same time, and no further charges are made.

What is kept, and for how long

• Billing records, usage records and the audit log of the deletion: for the period required by applicable tax and commercial law, only to meet legal obligations and answer billing questions.
• Work done for a client organization (its meetings and projects) belongs to that organization and follows its contract.

Encrypted backups are rotated in cycles, and deleted data disappears from them when the cycle completes. Administrator accounts are deleted by another administrator.
